TPE

Hello my dearest Reader,

Perhaps you'll think this website is strange but I admit I have to give you some clou.

I created this for my TPE (Travaux Pratique Encadré). And it is part of an exam called "Bac", in France. We have to choose a subjet, find a question and try to resolve it.

I chose: "What was Shakespeare's influence with his playwright "The Tragedy of King Richard the Third" over the collective imaginary and our contemporary authors?"

I discovered King Richard III and his story with the series The White Queen and I acknowledge I've always thought Middle-Age was borring, annoying but absolutely not !

I am French and I am not the best in english even if I do my best. I know there's several mistakes and I am sorry for that.

Moreover, you have to know this website isn't real. I mean, I created it for an exam, for fun but the informations are true, I hope. I just let my imagination wrote what people as Queen Elizabeth Wydville (Woodville for us) could say, thought, as this time.

You just have to appreciate and enjoy the moment.

Best regards,
Anaëlle.

Hello my Dearest Reader,

King Richard III & Queen Anne Neville

Next month, there will have a very expected interview between a Ricardian, represented by the pretty Tamara, and a pro Shakespearan, in the presence of Anaëlle. And this interview would be animated by Anna.

Anna:" Months ago, the remains of King Richard III were found under a carpark in Leicester and after the DNA results, we saw the last day of this king. How it was violent and how soldiers killed him with a huge strength. And this discovery questioned Shakespeare's playwright which is called an historical playwright. He painted King Richard III as a tyrannical man, a murderer and who had a ridiculous death. But we have to acknowledge he took part to the Tudors' propaganda. So I thought it could be interesting of confronting the two visions which are truly opposed."

Tamara:" When Anna asked me to join her during an interview which will confront the two visions of the king, I admitt I was quite excited. I mean, Shakespeare wrote a brilliant playwright, but he called this an historical playwright! This is as ridiculous as Richard's death in it. He has been accused in twist of his crimes and I am glad to discuss about it with a pro Shakespearan."

Shakespeare
Anaëlle:" Oh... They found the Murderer's remains. he should stay where he was, I mean, this is a place which suits him. Without royal burial. He killed several persons - his own family - to make his way to the throne, he lied to Lady Anne Neville, and convinced his brother King Edward IV of executing Clarence. I admit I am quite astonished that some persons trust in his innocence... Anna called me and explained me about this interview. Why not? Ricardians are mad of thinking Richard is victim of the Tudors Propaganda."

We asked them to send us a selfie, personally I love their pictures. I hope you will be lot of in front of your televisions, watching this interview!
